The Alfa Pizza CIAO Wood Fired Oven is a fantastic outdoor oven when it comes to cooking homemade pizzas, bread, BBQ meats and much more! Whatever you can cook in your oven inside can be made in this oven, but in a much more amusing way. With the stainless steel dome and specially designed heat retaining and refracting bricks, it quickly can reach high temperatures within as little as 15 minutes. The CIAO is constructed out of stainless steel parts treated with powder coating, which is resistant to high temperatures, and makes your oven highly durable. Alfa ovens utilize European Ceramic Fiber to insulate the cooking chamber and ensures all heat stays inside.
The door is equipped with an ergonomic wood handle to grip, allowing you to adjust the draft with ease while controlling the fire inside the oven. The two slots below the mouth of the oven conveniently store the door when not in use. Don't worry, assembly is easy! Just put in the flue and assemble a few screws and you're all set, no curing process is needed.
